Congrats on promotion! Every little bit helps especially with the "little wolf" on the way! Yesterday (Saturday) morning we did a few drivebys of a few properties with Arjorie - some just land and some with houses. Prices are going up unfortunately. First step really is to get you guys prequalified for a mortgage. Will wait until Arjorie is home from Anchorage then contact a couple people to see what we need to do to get you prequalified for something you can afford to make the mortgage payments on. Speaking of costs, filled my gas tank - cost was like $42.50. OUCH! Sorry you are bored with nothing really interesting to do. Hopefully not much longer. Your sister, father, me & C went to vist Rabit yesterday. With any luck he should be home within 2 weeks or so. Not much else to say. Work is as usual except really slow mostly due to the difficulty of getting there due to road construction dragging.
