About three weeks ago, I started watching what I eat, trying to instill more discipline in my diet. I'm trying to lose 20 lbs before Christmas. I've managed to eliminate most baked goods and sweets, cut down on portions and am watching the timing of the final meal of the day. The hard part for me is finding time to exercise, aside from my Sunday night two-stepping.
Dropping the diet sodas is an excellent choice. They are now the number one cause of kidney stones. I'm also having good support from Tim. We agreed we'd try to do this together, see who can lose the most weight in the time frame in a healthy, balanced way.
