I've been at this for two weeks now and have lost 8 pounds. Wish it was more, of course, but I'm grateful for every pound gone. Bumped up my workout time to 20 in the morning and 25 in the evenings after I get off of work. I'm also trying to REALLY slow down when I eat. I used to just wolf my food down.
