I would like to thank my anonymous neighbour with the unsecured wireless network. If it wasn't for his/her trusting nature, my communications with the outside world would be limited to smoke signals and shouting out my apartment window. You should get a credit from Bell for the days unused, at the very least.

And on food: you could have gone shopping, but YOU had a BRD to write.....

Agreed. Bell didn't put up a fight when I suggested that I incur no charges on either my local service or my DSL until the repair is complete. I was also considering asking them for free cell phone service to tide me over in the mean time. But that would be a bit bold of me.

Food? I was fine. I found a nice wasabi pea and beer soup recipe on the internet.

Instead of using my time constructively on Saturday to write my BRD, I finished assembling my bookcase, then went to my parents place to watch TV. Nothing was on, but it didn't matter.
