Yes to all of those. I'm trying to be "bendy" right now and its really scary.

Most definitely. I'm trying to really bendy now, too, and it's so very, very hard. I went out with two of the Mustang mares who came to us a few months ago, and that helped me to get back up and back to work. **hugs**
