Yeah, I think everything is a little too bright. I tend to go for more neutral/dark colors for my layouts. This is out of my comfort zone, really. Also, the background doesn't really match the header or my icons or my moodtheme.
I am already making a cooler layout. LOLOL
The header is from the movie, bedazzled (1967). It is beyond funny. The short one is lecturing the tall one aka the devil on being mean and third-rate. The Devil makes a woman's bags fall apart--they both laugh, and the short one stops laughing and is like THAT IS MEAN, COME ON!
If you want to see it--I have it on my computer. I can totally upload it for you. I am trying to get everyone to watch it. I totally slash those guys.

I like the coloring on the header (and their expressions, hee!). The neon aqua sky is a little bright! ... well, I'm a hermit, what do I know. *g*
