Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates but ive been a bit busy with work and stuff. The old excuse i know but its the truth! Its been a busy week with parents evening and all the assessment i have to do on the kids and im so glad it is now over with. Ive been a bit of a bad Livejournaller in general really im afraid. ohh man i couldn't handle parents. why do parents think that there kids should be first with everything. I mean come on everyone in the class ends up getting it right? geezz sometimes I don't get them. It makes no sense.

I can't even imagine how busy you are with parents week. How many students are in your class? You have to deal with that many parents, yikes. I don't know if I could do it.

Some parents don't realize their child is not the only one in the class, and the real world does not revolve around said child. Don't let them get you down :) That's really a stupid reason to pull a child out of school, though.

Got 19 children in my class so not too bad. Im trying to not let it bother me but its just a pain really :)

oh nooo nutty parents! one might say i didn't have to experience that, but then the whole reason i was even home schooled... nutty parents. =P work is more a fair reason than excuse. i wish i could say work was my reason for being away. and what dvds did you get? i'm nosy about such things. =]

I teach year 2 which is 6-7 year olds. Not sure what grade that is equivilant to in America thou :)

I think that's about 5th grade here.
I can't handle kids.
God knows you must have patience!

They come by my job all the time.
