Tuna, Tuna, and more Tuna.

I have a hunk of yellowfin tuna that a friend of mine caught in the gulf three days ago sitting in pieces distributed between my refrigerator and my stomach. Part of it is marinating in a citrus, soy and garlic solution. Part of it is pristine. Part of it was cut and seared in olive oil mixed with a dash of sesame oil. When I read this entry, I had a flashback of a Drew from 3 or 4 years ago in the Den O' Sin, making me hot chocolate or coffee that smelled really good while I babbled (probably incoherently) after a night of drinking and antics at the Chukker. Which is just to say that I can imagine how good that fish was, given your culinary skills.

reading about the delicious food you eat makes my mouth water. there is plenty to eat here in ghana- its just so much of it is little bisquit cookies package from the UK or its something fried. then there are mangos and bananas. i found some soy milk and somewhat wheat like bread. hmmm....tuna....hmmm....
