World's Funniest Island got cancelled, but that isn't stopping a lot of people from wanting stuff to happen.
I'm spamming twitter and facebook enough, as well as getting people on radio to spruik, so no publicity from me here.

I had such a great time at the Cockatoo Island, World's Funniest Island comedy festival that I'm going back this year.

Yesterday at work, a young woman I work with explained why she voted Liberal.
"Cos, you know, I don't like Gillard, she's up herself... And a ranga, plus she has a big nose!"
On further questioning, she believed John Howard was for worker's rights, protected employment and she was unable to say which party introduced the GST.

Well, the obvious, darkstardeity and I are engaged. in answer to the ever lingering question, the day shall be between 12 months from now and before 2 years from now. On Saturday night, I asked Reba to marry me.
So it's with great relief and happiness that I can tell you she said yes. :)
