Re: technical gay porn is illegal because...eatatkinkosMarch 25 2004, 21:09:45 UTC
Pardon my annoying nerdiness, but law is my expertise, so I HAD to butt in . . .
anal sex is illegal in most states.
Actually, it's illegal in only 12 states.
Did you know getting any sort of sexual pleasure besides in the missionary position is illegal in texas . . . ya that means getting head from a girl is illegal. ya that means fucking a girl in the ass is illegal.
Not anymore. The Supreme Court had a 6-3 ruling last June that struck down Texas' anti-sodomy laws.
the only people they enforce this on is the gay community. kind of fucked huh?
Not really. One of the reasons the court invalidated the statute was because Texas itself didn't enforce its anti-sodomy laws, with the exception of one single case involving two men in 1998. Most states don't enforce their anti-sodomy laws anyway. They're practically unenforceable.
The most confusing post ever . . .eatatkinkosMarch 25 2004, 21:01:35 UTC
i then explain to him how the gay pornographic videos he owns . . . are therefore illegal (prositution) if we use his definition of the word.
Where are you getting "prostitution" from? Jerking off on the Internet for money IS pornography, not "because money is exchanged for sexual acts," but because pornography is defined as "the depiction of erotic behavior (as in pictures or writing) for the purpose of causing sexual arousal."
