Warner Bros. announced plans to remake 1992′s 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' (movie), which gave birth to the much-loved Sarah Michelle Gellar-headed TV series.

I could give 2 shits for Kristy Swanson, but I don't like them tampering with the damn franchise. What say you?

Didn't they already remake the movie with the TV series?!?

I'm one of those oddball people that adored the movie and hated what the TV show did, even though I realize that the TV show is closer to what Whedon had in mind. Guess I need to look around for a DVD for my collection before it becomes too scarce...
