It is an abandoned factory. In fact, it's for sale right now if you'd like to buy it. Just about a block away from the Eaton Hotel on St Francis Street, North of Douglas. East side of the street.

this reminds me of The Simpsons, when Bart buys an old factory for a dollar... now that's what I call awesome... I'm so jealous, now I want a factory, I want that one...

haha. I'd like to buy this factory for a buck too. I'm thinking it's a couple hundred thousand dollars though. The thing is mammoth and in a fairly good location. Sorry, I don't know the conversion for your currency. :-\
