Naturally, the only way I knew to give such advice is by realizing that I needed to take it myself. Since I'm not sure what you might have yet to do, here's the general idea: Forget your image. As much as can be done, even if it's only possible to tone it down one little notch (it's difficult to just change something like this), care less about how you project yourself to people enough to let your natural energy (a beautiful thing about you specifically, Drew) flow out. This manifests itself different ways in different people; for me, I ran around shirtless on a snow day, was unusually direct with a girl I liked, and helped transform my physics class into daily Connect Four hang-out sessions that I won't forget for a long time
