may I suggest yoga? might be cheaper than therapy. does wonders for your body and might do wonders for your spiritual and mental being : ) i've had a lot of realizations about life on the mat.

Hatha yoga means yoga for the body. Vinyasa means flow--that means that those closes involve continuous movement regulated by the breath. I would not suggest it for beginners, but try it if you want to. Some people mean basic yoga when they say hatha, but they don't realize that all physical yoga is hatha yoga. You might want to try "hatha yoga." I suspect it's more basic than vinyasa. I do sivananda (or shivananda). Sometimes, Astanga (Or ashtanga)--where I get more challenged on my endurance. I heard na si Madonna is doing Astanga, third series. That's like...uhhh...wow!

Changed you say? You bet. I tried a personality test and it told me I had a type B personality. I was shocked. I would have thought that I was type A, but I guess I've adopted a more relaxed attitude towards the world because of yoga.

Good job Mikey! I hate to sound like a self-help book but a problem known, is a problem half-solved. I think it's great you're doing something. :)
