Your smoothies sound really good! I like smoothies but I never make them...or hardly ever. I'm not sure why. I should. Maybe you've inspired me!
What do you think will happen with the neighbor? Do you expect them to say anything to you about having tossed their garbage on the ground? That all seems very exciting to me...I'd probably not be brave enough to do it. One time my neighbor's dog was barking all night and all day and she would not make it stop, so I decided to climb up on a small table next to my back wall and see if I could shout at the dog or make it be quiet somehow...that totally backfired on me. I climbed up the table, it promptly broke, and I went falling down...landed in a heap of table pieces and covered in bruises. Dog still went on barking.... hahahaha. I laughed and laughed at how dumb I must have looked. That's about as brave as I've gotten against an offensive neighbor thing.
Oh dear I’m glad you weren’t too hurt. Nothing will probably happen. The rubbish was picked up by bin men so it will likely blow over. Just hope they don’t do it again.
I'm a trainer so you are on the right track and I am happy for you, encouraging you to keep going :). Yes that shake is very healthy.
I've gotten into fights over dumb things and they can get very intense with Walter because we're very passionate people, and like you and your S.O, we then realize, why the hell did we do that? And laugh about it. Which is the best thing you can do . |
Over here in the states sugar is as bad a problem as fat. People often avoid fat and then go for things that have too much sugar or bad carbs in them. I follow ( loosely, because I don't believe in depriving myself of anything either) the Paleo diet which is largely avoiding grains and dairy, and concentrating on veggies, fruit and lean protein as well as nuts. When I cut out a lot of carbs( I was never a bread eater being Asian, but there's a lot of noodles and rice in the Asian diet) and stopped dairy, I noticed a big difference in my digestion and in how I felt, which was a lot more energetic.
Cool I'm glad it is healthy. Its very tasty to which is a bonus. See I've cut out the fat and sugar but i love pasta and rice which I know have a lot of carbs so I'm trying to cut down on those too. Hardly ever eat bread any more.
WTF @ your neighbours. . I'd confront them and tell them to get their own damn bin. That's not fair for them to be using YOUR bin to the point you can't throw out your own rubbish -_- I really don't understand humanity. .
