Best of luck to you! They haven't figured out a way to outsource cooking at restaurants to India. Yet. And people do got to eat!

Damn right. Plus, there isn't the slippery slope of training/retraining for new technology each year as there is in the IT field. Also, it's something I "love to do", rather than something I just "can do".
