Looking for ideas

Loooong time no post. So, I want to try and develop an iPhone app to make a few bucks and just get some practice doing development (which I haven't done seriously in a while). So the question I have is: What kind of mobile apps would you like to see. I don't care if you have an iPhone, or even a smart phone, just give me some ideas of things

I don't have an iPhone, so maybe these already exist, but what I really wish my cell phone had is:

a pdf reader
the ability to keep a budget/account balance with list capabilities
a To Do List/Shopping List option where I can keep different lists
a Memo option for quick notes
an index to keep track of account numbers

Here's an app I'd love to see: "Do I Already Have This?"- a search-app that scans an already uploaded inventory of your books, music, and movies and tells you if you already have a copy, or if you do, what version. You can either photograph the barcode, or type in the UPC number, and the app would search your online database and tell you. I know you can list books with Library Thing, but not sure about music or movies.

I don't know how many times I've been at a bookstore, or garage sale or flea market, found a book, movie, or disc, and could not remember if I already had a copy or not.
