Issue #1: My boss requested my appearance at my old store to assist in the termination of an assistant manager, that by the way, used to work for me. Now, yours truly is not paid to deal with a regular firing, much less an ugly situation like this turned out to be by the end. Side note -- Why must everyone threaten a lawsuit when shit doesn't go thier way? Needless to say, the next time my boss will do this instead of me, and he owes me huge!

Issue #2: A company that nine months ago determined that our customer service shall come before store cleanliness, should not back track now, and determine that the second busiest time of the year is when we shall return to our "eat off the shelves or floor" cleanliness guidelines. This is the time of year when all the employees take vacations, thus making the staff scheduling that much more
