A very credible scenario. I enjoyed this very much, particularly the way the government actually hung onto power and there was still some semblance of centralization; that was quite believable. Also appreciated the adapting bigotry. Thanks for a fun read! :)

Thank you so much for reading and commenting! I'm so glad you liked it.
I'm actually really happy you noticed and liked the background info about the government and all that. I wasn't going to put that in, but I figured that no story happens in a vacuum so giving information about how the rest of the world, not just Sam and Dean, are handling the outbreak would be better. And, well, bigotry and government sadly seem to go together all too well.
