I swim every other day, and on the other days I run, or do tae bo. Tae bo is wonderful...you burn alot of cals for the amount of time that you do it for, and its relatively fun. I rent the tape at my local video store for 3.75 and I get it for 5 days...so I think its a pretty good deal. You could also look online for cheap tae bo tapes or some sort of exercise tape. Hope this helps!

mmm get tapes from the library and do them at home! I got out yoga and pilates tapes, copied them onto a blank tape and do them quite often. It's really great because it's in the privacy of your own home and you can do it anytime you like.

I also walk up this gorge to where I live, but I see you walk pretty much everywhere so that's sorted.

Techno? I'm getting into that too thanks to this one guy who introduced me to Gatecrasher and Ministry of Health. I also like Dario G - there's this awsome remix of "Dreams" by Cranberries Dario did remaned "Dream to Me".

Doing things methodically is a good approach. I write plans, and lists and try and plan everything way ahead of me. But what happens when things screw up? new plans, huh? I think it's a matter of carrying them out - once you get past the initial stage of like 1st week of doing everything methodically, it gets better.
All the best!
