Hopefully, I'll have a lot of free time here in Doha. If I do, I'm going to spend a lot of time writing: journaling, putting down thoughts and plans, and so forth. Well, today's the day. In about fifteen minutes, my brother is going to drive me out to DIA, where I'll fly to Chicago to London to Doha, the capitol city of Qatar. I'll be there for five weeks, helping them work on a system which manages and prints their standardized testing ( Read more... )

Last night, something very frightening happened to me. I was spending the night down in the Springs with my parents, when I was awakened at about a quarter to five by a very loud bang.
