Somehow my switch to manage stress has been flipped to the off position. It is time to get right size and remember my place in the universe. I am wound tight as can be over things I can not change(sort of)I can take action and lead in the best direction. I think it is time to go back to meetings on a regular bases. You know yourself well, my friend. Meetings, maybe writing about the stressors that you can't change (women have known for eons the release of bitching--not to change something but to sort, handle, endure if that must be done.), maybe calling your ol' friends...
