Not that I'm going to say that it's devoid of merit from not having read any of it, but...
...basically, self-satisfying demagoguery makes it a good book? Don't get me wrong, a Manifesto by definition is short, pithy, and persuasive, but it's meant to be shouted out from a soapbox. It's not really meant to be substantive, or meaningful, it's meant to provide rhetoric for people whose discontent provides a natural want for the words, but who haven't taken the time, or lack the vocabulary to provide them on their own. It's a pile of slogans with a title and maybe a metaphor.
You can aspire to better, really. Such insights are deserving of fortune cookies, not devotion.
