Personally I went for the one where his dad comes back and Will gets so attached in a short period of time. Uncle Phil warns him that he's a no-good deadbeat dad. Will doesn't believe it until the end when he leaves to go out with a stewardess. Will cries and hugs Uncle Phil, his "real father".
