Mokona is hearing things about tongue parasites. They don't sound all that nice.
Having something like that in your mouth must feel funny.

...Do they hurt?

The sound terrible, don't they? I haven no idea how people got them, either!!

I don't know if they hurt, but one of them wanted to keep his as a pet! Maybe it doesn't hurt...?? Or maybe it does and that boy was being silly.

Maybe they ate something that has them and they moved into their mouths!

Mokona doesn't think they'd be good pets even if they didn't hurt.

It must have been something strange. Mokona's tongue is fine too.

Mokona would want a pet which doesn't hurt but not one that would live inside it's mouth.

Based off what some people have been saying I assume they hurt quite a lot.

It sounds like they do, a creature growing out of your tongue would be rather painful.
