homeowner's insurance

I was reading through my homeowner's insurance policy, and it looks like they're really trying to cover all their bases. Here are some of the funnier points:
  • Nuclear disasters are not covered. However, if the building catches on fire from the heat, that is covered.

That's quite funny -- much better than my last renter's insurance policy. (My last excluded sonic booms, but did not explicitly avoid coverage of nuclear weapons).
