labret's are pretty low maintance care piercings, i've had mine for almost year now and have had no problems w/it at all. the only pain in the ass about it is that they give ya an extra long piece for it when they pierce ya and it looks ridiculous till ya change it, haha. i'm having that dilemia now w/the tongue barbell, very obnoxious...

It's wonderful to hear they're low maintance.
It was either a labret or an industrial, and I've had nothing but bothersome problems with all my other ear piercings.
