OK. To all Seattle drivers:
1) Use your brakes.
2) Stop flipping people off.
3) No more screaming.
4) Changing lanes with 2 feet of clearance is not recommended.
5) Know what exit you need to take and be in the necessary lane before you get to the last five feet of said lane.
