On the top is is БУБКА_ГОП.
first one is easy http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Бубка
Гоп - it is either "гопник" - hooligan or robber, or it is an
exclamation related to ( surptise ) jumping //ср не говори гоп, пока не перепрыгнешь.
To the bottom ( painted yellow ) is 'героину нет' - say no to heroine.
To the right ( painted green ) - 'сивый лох' - Gray ( someone's nickname ) is a hayseed.
