it's an au phone, because I'm a student and I can't refuse the gakuwari. it doesn't have a barcode reader, it's one of the lower-end models that come free with the plan, but it does have a radio and is pretty hot in my opinion. ;) I'm using my gmail account, though the hotmail one still gets checked once every few days. yeah it's okay. I wish I was closer to daikanyama where the prefectural office is, but instead I am close to the noisier and seedier shibuya, or as we like to call it, the Giant House of Bling. there's something about eating a fruit parfait the size of your head while watching hosts pick up ko-gals on the street below and taking bets on who will succeed. anyway, my immediate vicinity is pretty quiet though (not even a supermarket within walking distance - argh), I'm right by todai and a little park, a bunch of international grade schools, etc... haven't checked Shimokitazawa out yet, but that area's supposed to be nice too and is also two stops over. damn, tokyo is so much better than new york, here I really truly am never bored. let me know if any nice places to visit come to mind, ne. NEEEEE?! ugh I hate it when they do that.
