Girl you are crazy. First off I am jealous of you! I wish I had your body. See I have always been kinda on the chubby side. I have gone through popping so many diet pills to actually Bulimia. So please you are not fat you are beautiful. If there is anyone that should be down on them selves is me! But I learned to love myself. Joel loves me the way I am and I know that Josh loves you the way you are. So cheer up!

The voices that tell you you're not good enough are never entirely silent. You just have to learn to tune them out consistently. It takes a while.
