[Running, running, where is her Dad? She can't find him anywhere! Mom's in trouble and her Dad's nowhere to be found. She sees some of her parents' friends but they're too busy dealing with the Fire Nation raid. Everywhere she turns to, chaos is in sight. But the odd thing is, she can't hear their voices, as if they went mute or she went deaf.

[What is she seeing? Rita's not so sure, but something about it is really unsettling. Before she can have a chance to figure it out, though, Katara's right in front of her and--crying? Dammit, this is just plain weird.]

[No, the least she wanted is for anyone to be here when she doesn't have any control over her own limbs, her own abilities.]

Rita, get out of here! I can't--! [And suddenly, Hama raises her hands and this ultimately starts the puppet show. She doesn't know why it's still possible for her to bloodbend when Hama's already doing it to her. And she doesn't know how to make her stop.]

It's a waterbending technique that she tau-- I don't even know how I can still... [She stares in horror at what she's currently doing. This isn't happening...]

[He doesn't recognize this place. Or know how he got here. He hears a voice and looks around. Oh, hey, it's that girl with the water powers. And some old bitch he doesn't recognize. Wait, why is the girl moving so awkwardly? Something ain't right here.]

[ It took Tyr some time before he realised what was going on, what he was seeing and the fact they were through the eyes of someone he knew and not some nameless person as was usually the case. Were these her memories, then...?

He didn't get to think of this long before he found himself looking at those same, tear-filled eyes. Unsure of what's going on and only interpreting the words from the older woman to mean Hurry up and help Katara, Tyr tries to make a move to stop that woman. ]

[That voice. She knows that voice, but right now, she doesn't know if she wants to hear it. No. He can't be subjected in this! He just can't!]

Tyr, get out of here! I'm not in control of my--! [Hama cackles evilly before raising her hands, inevitably raising Katara's too. By now, Tyr is under Katara's control... against her wishes.]

No, I--! [ In hindsight, he shouldn't have given away his position. His eyes grow wide with the sudden realisation that he can no longer move and carry out that action. Any action. ]

It's bloodbending! Hama's doing it on me while I'm doing it to you and-- Tyr, I don't have any control of my actions right now! Just--ah! [Katara begins to move her hands, allowing Hama to make use of her to control Tyr's body. She'll pull him down forcefully, dragging him face down on the ground. Such a horrific sight that Katara is trying to prevent but to no avail.]

[She keeps on shouting, her mother, as if liquid fire is being poured on her whole being. And then sobs. The crying of a helpless woman in the hands of her enemy.]

[ Turns around in a circle, but can't get oriented. All she can hear is that screaming. ]

[The little girl crouched down in the middle of the chaos is sobbing. People rush around her, most of them busy with the raid. When one of them fleetingly covers her from Sokka's view, the next thing he'll see is a grown Katara in the same position.
