Friday after work, a co-worker gives me a ride home since I live on her way.  But I won't be able to rely on her for rides home all the time as she is selling her house and will move somewhere else.

It has been hot in Portland the past few days so we got a couple of air conditioners, one for the upstairs, sold to me by a co-worker who now has

The "iceberg wedge" salad traditionally has diced tomatoes and blue cheese dressing.

I know that one, but the one from my childhood was the wedge with thousand island... I love the wedge. :-)

I don't think I've ever seen/had it with thousand island. That sounds pretty decent, actually. (Well, given that iceberg isn't my favorite lettuce, anyhow. Slightly dirty, crunchy water. Meh.)

I had Wienerschnitzel and spaetzle just the other day, with visiting buddies pinkfish, baybryj and fj!
