Just a brief, personal musing on how cool my fiancée, crimslet is, especially since we're getting married on the 24th of October, 2009. (Oh, holy crap, there's still lots to do

I've never lived with you - and I would be one of the first to say that you're probably hard to live with. :)
However, I don't think that she "puts up" with you, at least any more than you "put up" with her. Somehow you two seem made for each other, and you actually found one another and have a relationship that works. Congratulations. :)
BTW, 10/24 will be here faster than you know, and you'll never think you have enough time to get everything done. Does that help? :)
The main things right now: place to get married, reception hall (whether it's a hall or not), food and drinks arranged for the reception, person to marry you, invitations to the people you want to invite (which should go out soon), and you should have a good idea about flowers, dresses, rings, etc. Just don't overcomplicate it. :)
Yes, it's very bad form to admit who was on which "wave" of lists for inviting to your wedding. But as long as you assure me that your mother, brother and J's immediate family were on the "pre-wave" before the first wave of friends, then I don't think anyone will have any problems. :)
Having said that, unless you had a very small wedding, I was figuring there would be an invitation. We haven't seen much of each other over the past year or two, but there's a lot of history, and a strong friendship that will last for a long time. :)
So we'll plan on the 24th. Is this with or without children?
Woot :) Speaking of invites I just sent this to Jess as well but Conrad said you wanted the site we used it is http://www.pingg.com we had no issues it worked awesome for us.
Um, as much as this'll piss off my fiancée, if there is some sort of competition... I'll have beat you by almost 15 years. This is Marriage v.2, in geek speak, for me. ;-)
And as anyone who knows geek speak knows... the second revision is generally the better time to buy into the software. At least, that's my story, and I am sticking to it.

(Hmm. That sounds as if I am tough to live with. Well... at times, maybe that's true.) ;-)
