This was a better idea in theory

Objective: Write a song with lyrics in morse code.

Output: james.ryan.maxwell.googlepages.com/Headdesk.mp3

Result: Rhythm is too awkward. Well...it was arty.

um....well.....um....

Maybe if you had the spaces between the notes be the actual morse code and then the notes could be more varied.

Certainly. Tried. Becomes entirely unlistenable. The more distinguishable the code is, the choppier the rhythm is.

*sigh* I suppose I could probably do better if I actually wrote it down, but I'm lazy and scoring music takes a ton of time. I usually just improvise and record, like here.

I found the lyrical bits quite listenable.

::wants for shuffle...

...and for transcription::

Well, if nothing else, I'm in utter adoration of the titles.

Still like the quieter parts the best.

I thoroughly enjoyed the musical aspect, and I agree, it's arty. It was a welcome change from the usual stuff I listen to while sitting here!! Thanks for posting it, even if I couldn't find the morse code.

;D
