My grandma finally passed away this morning at about 6:00. My mom and uncle Gary went to say their last goodbyes last night. I feel a sense of relief that her ordeal is over and that she's in a better place. Thank you to everyone for showing me so much support.

It looks like tonight will be the night my grandma finally passes away. Her breathing is getting really shallow, and she hasn't eaten anything for several days. I don't have words to describe the sadness I feel, but at the same time I'm glad she'll no longer be suffering. The people that run the adult family home where she lives called in a ( Read more... )
