I understood the first few sentences. Then you completely lost me because you went cryptic.

It's almost 1AM, I guess I'll just share some literature I've heard of. The Secret is supposed to talk about how things come full circle - what you put on the table, you'll recieve. In the sense that you might not want to expect much if all you put on the table is the gloomy/apprehensive atmosphere that your entry seems to be plagued with. I lied and actually understood some of the cryptic part (before facebook), but what confused me was if you were referring to one specific person as your goal, or if you were referring to the task as your goal.
