missin' you, too. life has been, well, hectic, to say the least. i'm sorely feeling the need for a vacation, and some time in sf sounds awfully nice. sadly, it'll be a while before i can make it out that direction. sorry to hear you're feeling unwell... get better and take care.

I've been trying to scheme up a way to come to Chicago, seeing as a good portion of my friends have migrated there over the past year. However, the cost of an airplane ticket and the impossibility of getting time off are keeping me from my dream. Ahhh well. I'm reading Audrey Niffenegger's The Time Traveler's Wife (set in Chicago) for the 3rd time, and her beautifully lyrical descriptions of the Chicago landscape have been keeping me smiling and nostalgic. I haven't been since I was in high-school. (sigh)

We'd love to see you in SF sometime in the future, even if it *is* a very long while in the future :) And of course on the playa, as well. But goodness knows it's always a bit hard to make the Burning Man logistics work out. Hunh.

OK. Back to being sick. UGH!

well if you got that gmail account you might as well start a group on gmail too. it's really super easy to set up quickly. you can add huge lists of people at a time and stuff too (unlike yahoo groups) and.. well i dunno. it wouldn't have to be something permenant but just an idea for now. errr i dunno. no big deal. i gave someone your email, but i'll use the gmail one from now on if people ask me. yes, we are all busy. see you soon =D
