Well, it looks like my new day job that was supposed to be permanent is going to be temporary. My immediate boss, Alexandra, who is the company scheduler, was planning on leaving the company once her vacation was over. I was and am being trained to take over her position

maybe the job situation is a blessing in disguise. There could be a better position opening up somewhere in the company with your name on it. :)
