Rose,
I'm really sorry for how I acted the other day. I overreacted - as I have a tendency to do a lot of the time (okay, all the time) when I think someone I care for has been hurt. What I did and said was wrong, and I hope you can forgive me. I really had no intention of ever stealing the Doctor from you - and I haven't. Any arguments we may have had haven't been due to any sort of resentment - it's sincerely because I want to protect the Doctors from any pain that anybody may cause them, not just you. And I know that they can take care of themselves, it's just that...prior experience drives me to do whatever I can, even if that isn't always what's completely appropriate. I don't know if we'll ever really get along, but I have no intention of being openly hostile toward you, and I certainly don't hate you. I looked for some sort of "Sorry I was a huge bitch" greeting card, but couldn't find one - hopefully this note will suffice. (I also thought about sending something, but what's appropriate in this sort of situation? Flowers just don't seem right.)
