I'd vote for a July 1 party. Or any summer party in the vicinity of, but not on, June 30, as that's when I'll be in the state for my sister's wedding.
::wishes she were close enough to make a February party... but that's really just wishful::

Summer party! (thinks about cheap direct flights to Baltimore and escaping the hellish St. Louis summer heat) Very cool idea. Will try somehow to get there. Should involve some sort of weekend, I think.
Good luck with the house. If you need advice from folks who have done the 'fixer-upper' thing with it turning out resonably well, just give us a call, or drop a line. Luckily, it doesn't sound like a 'fixer-upper' at all.

text-transform: capitalize on the whole thing, and I changed the bullets in each ul. You can check it. ;)
I was in a very CSS frame of mind, since I'd spent a couple hours immersed in stylesheeting working on the resume for DICE. On the plus, it seems to have spawned a lot of contact since then. Not stuff that seems all that realistic, but it's a good sign, I'm pretending.
I'll try to keep my schedule open on the 17th/18th.
