More importantly than the baby being a girl is that she is healthy. No heart defects or nervous system desfects seen on Ultrasound. We have picutres. The baby is measuring at 21 weeks and I am 21 weeks on Monday. The due date is 1-8-08. The baby is also very active. Her name will be Kathryn "Kitty" Claire Fletcher. The baby has a heartbeat and it is amazing to hear on the doopler. My bood pressure is good. And I lost about 16 pounds in about 11 weeks. My doc doesn't seem concerned about the weight loss since I am eating and all. Ultrasound will be done 2 weeks from Friday.

I am very tired. I was on MICU last month and was working from 6AM to at least 6PM with being on call every Friday; so I did not get home until at least 7:30 AM every Saturday (except for two when I had to work until 1PM and then be back at work at 6AM on Sunday). So last weekend Wilson and I went to Indiana (LaPorte area) for my cousin's wedding. I have been to a fair number of weddings, most in the middle, but some on the less upscale side should I say and even fewer like our wedding in October (which while not black tie but definitely unique in a good way). Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Granted St. Patrick burned many of the books of Kells, and by the time Patrick got to Ireland it had already become considerably more patriarchial than matriarchial....and I still think Patrick was a bastard.  It is still a good holiday to promote Ireland.  And I am proud to be a Celt that is predominately Irish.

So I passed Boards, I even did 5 points better than what I wanted for myself...yeah me.  And yes, to all of those saying "I told you so."  I am allowed to feel insecure.

Wilson and I had a great weekend...A)I did not have to work; B) I chopped my hair so it ends at my jaw line - I think I like it but it hasn't fully grown on me yet; C) We saw "Pan's ( Read more... )

Well I am taking my board exam on Wednesday the 10th of this month...yup in six days and counting.  I am attempting to studying, but all my loved ones are telling me that I already know all of the info I need to know, so I wonder if I have more confidence then I shouldl have.  I am aiming for a range of 500-550, I think that is a reasonable goal ( Read more... )
