Where you tell me which S5 episodes to watch

I've been feeling down so I decided to buy House Season 5 (I didn't pay a good price for it...but I *needed* it today).  I remember that S5 is awesome, but could you guys recommend your favorite episodes?  You know my tastes...House/Cuddy, House/Wilson, House/Cuddy/Wilson, tiny Taub, good medical mysteries

Well, I would start for 5.06, then 5.07, then 5.09(is that last resort?) Then Let Them Eat Cake (that's when I start to forget what number that episode is), Then Joy to The World. Then ... idk. I just watched 6.01/6.02 and I'm still not thinking about anything other than "what about cuddy?"

Best House/Wilson ep: Birthmarks
Best House/Cuddy ep: The Itch or Big Baby
My overall personal fave: Last Resort

This is, of course avoiding the cliched "bests" like Joy for the H/Cu kiss and the season finale(s) as overall best.
