I gave in...
and bought the gigantic R2-D2 freemonkeys found for me.
Last night before the margarita madness began, freemonkeys went to Goodwill and he saw an R2-D2 cooler that they made to advertise the special edition of Star Wars that came out in the '90s (I think). Anyway they had it for TEN DOLLARS!! I've seen them on ebay for at least a couple of hundred in the past. Despite the swell price, I decided not to get it, since I don't really have a place to put it and the shrine is beginning to get out of hand.
When I woke up this morning, and the margarita haze was gone, the first thing I thought about was that I should have bought the R2-D2. It bugged me all day at work. The D2 was calling to me.
So, on the way home from school I stopped at goodwill and bought the R2-D2 cooler.
Now all I need is a place for my new friend...
