It seems that Ireland is becoming a more real possibility every day. I've been looking at the employment section on the Irish Independent, and there's a ton of jobs there and they pay pretty well too. I think next Thursday I'm going to meander down to the Irish Embassy and figure out how to proceed to apply for an EU/EEA permit. Apparently that' ( Read more... )

you guys don't waste your time, do you :)

Ireland, now eh? As far as the public transport in Ireland is concerned.. my friend moved to Cork and the thing she complained on the most were 'buses':p never on time, no schedules on bus stops etc. They quickly bought a car ;-)

But yes, you need to look into the animal issue... I heard UK was actually pretty strict, but maybe if you fly directly to Ireland it'll be different.. I dunno... :-)

Where did u order the DVDs from by the way? I've stopped ordering things from USA after one time the customs here made me pay 25 $ tax as the amount I ordered was about 100$. It sucked.

I rekon Ireland would be easy for you, just don't move to Northern Ireland, the Republicans have been known to beat up Poles there, ever since they discovered the Pope [a Catholic] was Polish and thus Poles are Catholic.

I don't mind coming visiting in Ireland either ;)

I'll ask around and see if someone knows of some good areas.

As for Little Britain, I have to admit I do like the trannie! Laydeeeeeeees TESTICLLLLLAYYYYYY! :P

PS: I really HAVE To come to W-wa... miss it, you all... :P

I wonder who the Republicans hate more, Americans or Polish? I suppose I could lie and say I'm Canadian. But it's good that Weronika doesn't sound Polish. I've been reading some horror stories about that shit too, and it's a slight cause of concern. I'm mostly sure that those "incidents" occur in the less than posh neighborhoods though.
