It takes me an hour at least to get home every day with or without traffic ;-)

and well, if you really hate it that bad, either try to make a change (good luck) or you really need to move :P Because I guess 'getting used to it' is not really an option? ;-) I see this city is not perfect and we are like 50 years behind Europe, especially now with the current government, but well, I wouldnt want to have it wiped off just yet:P I'm just probably used to all this...

That's why I plan to go on demonstrating against the government tomorrow! ;-)

Actually, speaking of the USA, have you tried applying for her US papers HERE rather than there? It might be a little [!] less traumatic and even if you decide not to go now, it could be a good idea to set the wheels of bureacracy in action. Just a thought... :P
