I'm trying to write 2 scholarship papers this weekend. So far, it is not going well. I just need to sit down and start. One is going to be about drunk driving. In 2002 17,419 people died in alcohol related crashes. This year there are 11,790 people attending UNC. I'm going to put that in. That is all I have so far
