Today I learned that the head of our costume department was the designer for the Thong Song.

She made a ton of bucks off of it too.

wow. how much designing do you do... for the thong song?

I haven't actually seen it... but I heard that there is more than just thongs lol. She has to meet with the director and get to know the "feel" of the video .. skanky, funny, ghetto ect (I'm sure it is more in depth than that). Then, she has to find color schemes and fit all of the actors/singers. It isn't brain science, but more goes into it than people think. More money goes into it than people think too.

We should take this lesson and become professional thong makers. hahaha Remember the matching duck thongs we got way back in the day?
