I am quite aware that I don't "have to" do anything. I just won't feel okay unless I do certain things, and (as far as I can tell at this point) these things require me to commit to several long-term courses of action
's cool, but maintaining things as they are will not make me more happy, so it follows that if greater happiness is to be attained, some changes ought be made, and I think I know what those are, and that's what I'm talking about.
