To save the trouble, the link is semi-bogus: it deals with the wrong veggie, but unlike any articles about Schaivo, it has the right date on it.

Regarding reproduction:

Can she even consent to sex? Remember, "drrrh" means "drrrh"...

And even if "drrrh" means "Oh God Dave Galley, Take Me Now You Stallion!", if she reproduces, she certainly won't be an active parent.

Unless we hang her over the kid's crib and use her as an animated mobile...

Note that, following common Congressional practices for short titles, this would be the CRAPTACULAR Act. Also, the link goes to a different April Fool's joke: the Vatican reports that the Pope is lucid. ;)
